I decided to stay with the merger because I really liked my supervisor who was transitioning over, and I could keep my M-F schedule. Of course, we were also promised we'd be staying on the same account, platform, etc. That lasted for about a month. I stuck it out for a year and a half and quit because of the poor pay, frustration that had me in tears some days, having to learn three different platforms, ending up with 30+ accounts from Maine to Alaska, all with separate specs, and the horrible nitpicky QA.
It was every bit as awful as I had heard.
