They didn't want me to be part of the coding class so I went back to school over the last 3 years working on medical coding along with my bachelor RHIT degree. I used their overtime from the past years to fully finance my schooling and the multitude of NJA days to work on school.
I would have stayed but they made it perfectly clear they did not want me for their coding program and they are not willing to pay me what I am worth, especially after my certifications. So I will find somebody who will.
