I was a legal secretary for 20+ years and when I found medical transcription I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I love to type and love being at home. I couldn't wait to start my shift each day. Fast forward 20 years later and I admit I say each day I don't want to go to work. That being said, I still make more $$ than working at Wal-Mart and have no desire to drive in traffic each day, not to mention I'm too old and uninterested to start something new, and best of all I only have about 20 weeks until I can go to part-time and collect SS. It definitely sucks in so many ways, but I plan to stay until the bitter end.
