So then, just when you realize your pay is getting docked, you are hit with the fact that you are the evil dummy responsible for breaking that record?
Well, it would hurt if I cared. But I just think that is about the most delusional thing they do. Who gives a toss about their stupid CPSE thing? It's so ridiculous. Even if they did offer a reward rather than a lash with a wet noodle, we would still do it. Why?
Not because we are lazy, not because we are bad MTs, but because we are just plain human. They are allowed to be human without getting their pay docked and shamed (as witnessed by every single email any of them ever sends!), but not us.
To them we are, I guess, subhuman, to be shamed and docked and treated like indentured servants. We don't even get a true salary since it can be significantly lessened with one lousy error, so I guess them making us subhuman = justification for their incredibly poor labor practices against us.
Nuance, your industrial engineering mastermind is really terrible. Get a new one.
