Number one, even if it is a day with no CPSE, it does not mean no error was made, it means none was found on an audited report that day. If I make a CPSE, I do not get too bent out of shape about it because I figure that mistakes happen. Sometimes I scroll through the report of the errors made and as soon as I see it is a certain dictator, I am not surprised that an error was made.
I figure those emails are basically the TSMs filling some job requirement of their own, or whatever. Sometimes I scroll through the email, most times I just delete it and go on with my day.
