I agree 100% with all of this. I lost a good job in house, now at home with no benefits!! I started in 1993 and am making about the same money as then $8.00 to $10.00 an hour average. You need the education of at least an RN to do this job properly. I doubt any nurses would work for this pay. Now I'll go see if there is any work for me, probably not!
