Go to social services in your county and tell them you need to apply for EBT. Check online (Google your state ebt income limit to see if you qualify). They use the prior month's income, so if you apply in March, they will use February's income. Sad to say it, but this has been a huge help for me. Without it, there are times my kids would have not eaten, and I work 40+ hours/week. :(
