There have been a very few occasions in the 2 years since when I have not met the productivity requirement. My TSM asked about it and I just gave some excuse about a bad week or whatever and made a point of keeping my counts up.
My biggest problem is lack of focus/interest. I do what I have to do in order to keep above the 100 lines an hour. Sometimes it is only by the skin of my teeth that I get it done but that is all that matters. I leave blanks if I feel I need to, especially on numbers or meds instead of wasting time trying to figure out something that is questionable. I keep track of my counts throughout the day so I know if I need to push on other days.
I will say that I am rather ambivalent about the job itself though. I keep going right now but if I were to be let go, I can figure that out, too.
