and not knowing the patient's weight, age, and height, we really can't help. If he said the patient had an eating disorder, this could be a real value and he may have said the 15 twice to let you know he meant what he said. If the patient had no history of this, I'd leave a blank and flag it. BMIs over 30 indicate obesity, so that tells you the 1515 can't be right. I've never heard decimal values given for BMIs. When in doubt, leave a blank and flag!
