Not implying this applies to you. If you work in medical records and like it there (even though you see documentation full of errors that may indeed harm someone eventually), good for you. However, I think law firms would be spot on to consider adding on medical records reviews to their services. Incorrect information can lead to all kinds of scenarios, being refused for insurance because of an incorrect diagnosis in a patient's chart, for example.
