With my company, I don't have a quota as I'm IC with flexible hours. I get paid by the line the same for just fill-in-the-blanks or 100% QA.
I only edit when we are approaching TAT/need help to get caught up. When I do it doesn't go through the QA queue so, no, I don't QA my own work.
