I will be able to use the computer to work as is.
I googled the error message and followed every step mentioned in three different procedures.
I have a call in to the computer company, but from what I know now, this appears to be a Windows issue (an apparent problem with updates).
I very, very much appreciate your advice. I never thought to google the error message. Thank you so very much!
