on whether your MTSO wants strict verbatim or you are given leeway to change the doctor's way of phrasing this to something you think is more pleasing (and hope QA also thinks is more pleasing). This is a tough one. Is there anyway you can consult QA ahead of time? If you're allowed to do a change that sounds better, I'd change it to 'right cranial 3rd nerve palsy.'
