who have been in the on-line MT biz know what VBC means, so I guess they don't think they need to explain. Back in the day, sometimes the line rate for VBC was a little higher because you weren't given credit for spaces. Not anymore though. You do lose about 15% to 20% production by them not counting the spaces, but the think they can pay the same as they used to pay for 65/cpl with spaces. Apparently, they thought we were stupid and wouldn't know the difference.
