The MTSOs have ruined this once-great profession. There are some that still do well, but for someone starting out, in my opinion, it is just not worth it. The learning curve is steep, and when you are paid on production with no extra incentive pay while learning the ropes, it just does not make sense to pursue this as a career. Please do something else.
