Doc dictated that vagina was intact but no cervix. Swabbed vagina for Pap smear. Then on external exam, uterus antiverted. Unable to find adnexa. Could the patient have had a partial hysterectomy where they removed just the cervix and adnexa? Or is she confused? I'm confused for sure!
