named after Johann Hoffmann. As you said in your email, it is in a template as Hoffman's. I'd correct it to Hoffmann, but whether or not you want to retain the apostrophe depends on what the facility's account specifics say about that. My past 2 MTSOs have told us we don't have to worry about what's in a template; but I just can't let errors stand, and I do change them. In your case, I'd add the N to make it Hoffmann and take out the apostrophe. Of course, the template will probably never be corrected. I have seen some doozy errors in templates and can't stand it; but they never seem to get fixed, so I fix them.
