Looking for General/Business transcription vendors
Experience : Minimum 3 years (relaxed if high-quality transcript is delivered during trial)
Payment : Based on input audio hours
Turnaround Time (TAT) : Usually 12-24 hours (TAT starts once work is allocated). If there are any longer TAT calls (accented or difficult to transcribe calls) we will inform while allocating work (or let us know, either way consideration will be given with respect to TAT)
Capacity: Minimum 2 hours per day. 30 audio hours per month is mandatory.
Requirement: The vendor should have worked on General Transcription projects. Strong English language proficiency. MUST FINISH AND DELIVER FILES WITHIN THE DEADLINE. Customer focused. Should abide by the rules and guidelines strictly.
Quality: Consistent delivery of work 96% to 98% accuracy (contract will be ended if consultant's work has been returned more than thrice).
