I wanted to come back and say that Prime Software did end up contacting me. Turns out they had given me the standard version of MS Word 2010, not professional (that my company requires). They re-sent me the correct version and all is well. Just in case anyone wants to buy the downloaded MS Word 2010. They have standard for $59 and PRO for $99, full versions, easy to install, work great.
