A few years ago when my daughter was about - 10 years old....my supervisor

called me and I answered while I was in the middle of a report. My daughter came up to my desk and started asking me something and my supervisor heard and said, "Who is that?" I told her it was my daughter and she went off in a tirade about how she should really report me as this was a BIG HIPAA violation and I might lose my job. It didn't matter that I told her that my daughter had not 1 shred of interest in my screen, wouldn't understand it if she did. So, I did immediately send my daughter away. Okay, I realize you need to keep people away from your desk and so on, and my office door is closed but my daughter knocked but came in anyway bc I was on the phone....but SERIOUSLY? She jumped my arse. I had nightmares about losing my job for weeks afterward though.
