Since a lot of us are probably going to be PT soon and they are limiting how much time you are allowed off, I am wondering if going to the doctor and getting medical conditions that cause you to call in from time to time covered by FMLA would be a good approach? I do have a medical condition that I take medication for that I know is covered by FMLA and I'm contemplating doing this so I have myself covered, even though I don't call out much, because I worry about them using it against me if they want to.
