And I suppose it is people like YOU why the MTSOs are at the ready to send our work off-shore at a moments notice. Not happy about things either but what you are suggesting is a very old tactic that has been discussed many times and does not work. BTW, not many on here "give three flips" about other MTs. No one here is really an enemy as you say but this business is every man/woman for themselves. Sorry, that's the reality of it. I applaud your ambition and motivation but this ploy has been discussed to death over the years on this board. Nothing comes of it. The people on this board only represent a tiny percentage of MTs so you are not presenting anything to anyone. They will heed nothing. YOU/WE cannot change anything. Accept that. This job has become a part-time stay at home mom job, or a small supplemental job for retirees. It is no longer a career and nothing is going to change that unless it becomes illegal to off-shore American jobs such as ours. Your insults and trying to place this responsibility on MTs here does no good. If you gave three flips about us you would go to legislators with these complaints and work this from a different angle.
