The jobs I see that I'd be qualified for are less than $10/hour, most more like $8.00. I don't know how people do it. I'm glad I had time with my children (which is why I went the MT route) but I'm starting to think a career path might have been a better decision. It does make me appreciate being able to work from home with flexibility and make $12-14 per hour. But I sure do miss the days of $30+ per hour.
