Book of Style 3rd Edition, refer to the section on p. 134--Prefixes and Suffices. In brief, do NOT use a hyphen after common prefixes EXCEPT when they precede a proper noun, a capitalized word, or an abbreviation. There is a list there, and non is on that list. If your MTSO uses another Style Guide, refer to that one. So, nonantalgic is okay unless your MTSO says otherwise.
