Yes that is very well stated and thank you. It is encouraging that yes there are companies and hospitals and the like out there that do pay what we are worth. It is just this draining cycle of these 3 big ones that are so degrading and thank goodness they are not the only ones we can be employed with. Y'all have a great day! :)
