I'd say this is the same person who gets on this board and no matter what is said and how much someone is looking for understanding and such, this person thinks it is immense fund to degrade and demean them and the attitude is always one of she knows everything about everything.
To the moderators, I'd really try to get this person off of the boards. I know that this person probably makes a new handle, etc. so that is pretty hard to do, but I'd say well worth it to those of us who don't like this person's comments always on here and really can be a support to those writing their complaints, etc.
