Feeling down - sm

I was sitting at the Wendy's drive-thru thinking about how the Wendy's employees are earning $10 an hour now in my state. I'm getting MUP because of all the parameters my MTSO throws in to the pay grid.

I thought, my work is worth the same as a Wendy's employee is it not? Just shameful to me.
