MT Instructor Position with 17 Dislikes? - Curious MT

Anyone care to elaborate on why all the dislikes for the recently posted CanScribe position for MT Instructors on the job seekers board? There was 1 like and 17 dislikes - that's a whole lotta dislikes, and I'm sure my MT colleagues have a good reason why! Was considering applying for the position and wasn't sure what a reasonable wage would be, and initially that was my first question, but 17 dislikes is a big red flag. So, the question on why all the dislikes is probably the one I should be asking first!
