I'm finding more and more that QA is more about "gotcha" than it is about filling in blanks, correcting medical errors, and emphasizing account specifics. I'd not have dinged you back when I was QA. However, where I'm MTing now, if you'd typed JP drain, they'd have changed it to Jackson-Pratt drain. Then when you typed Jackson-Pratt drain the next time it came up, they'd change it to JP. To be on the safe side, I type things verbatim and in line with the account specifics. Of course, our QA people don't seem to be too familiar with account specifics or even grammar, either.
