got laid off last May. I felt they were one of the best trans companies I worked for but they have a policy that you're only allowed to send 8% of your work to QA. That had me stressed out daily but I managed to stay below that number for the entire time. I found them to be pretty decent but they just started losing account after account and I was constantly OOW the last six months I was there. The pay was better than most and I loved that there was NO VR!!!!! I think I would go for it if it were me but thankfully I am no longer in this industry.
