I know how you guys feel. Every morning before I wake up, I start with the nightmares, short breaths and can't stop curling my toes and shaking my legs, knowing I have to force myself to muster the strength to make it through another day hopefully, combined with the fear of going out into the workforce where you hear other horror stories of coworkers because everyone seems to be miserable, praying to God for a sign and to give me the strength to make it through the day and not lose my mind.
