And yes what worries me is that I will do the courses and their butts are covered if I make a mistake in the future because they will say they provided me with the training so the fault must be in how I work or don't work or whatever ... It is too much stress. It definitely has thrown me off my game tonight. I'm not doing too well. When I had the low line counts, I was told to do mandantory courses that amounted to 3 hours total and did not get paid for them because I was re-taking them. They were required courses we all had to take at some point and I had already done them before. I feel this will be the same situation.
