So I asked and supposedly they audited 6 jobs and 1 of them had a CPSE error. This is why I am having to do the courses. I have sent to check if they are paid. What really got me is the "threat" in the email that "If we do not see a downward trend, further action may be necessary". Having only 1 error does not give me much leeway there. It has to be no errors next time or "further action may be necessary". That sounds like bullying.
