Are the courses on their dime (meaning paid courses)? I should think so. What are they, if you don't mind my asking - in Enrich I suppose?
That just sounds ridiculous. Did the email actually say you had 1 CPSE so must do this penance for just the 1? Or was it more general?
Perhaps they have made a mistake, certainly 1 CPSE shouldn't warrant that.
