Critical thinking - what a joke

Even if you use critical thinking, they will ding you for it. Even if you have done a doctor a million times and one time they forgot to say something they have said million times before and you fill that in, BAM!, 1 or 3 points off. It irks me to no end we get our pay docked. How many doctors actually read their reports? They just sign 'em. I seen reports electronically signed with many errors (apparently did not get pulled for post audit). Their idea of what a critical error is and mine differ greatly.
