You made out great getting laid off before the evil takeover. I stayed as I felt safe as long as the COO was renamed head of US operations and all the OMs stayed the same. Well the "head" was then first to go and then on down the line and by the time my OM was fired, I had no one to go to bat for me any more and I baled. I gather from all the posts here, I left at a good time. I also found nice USA company...pay about the same as most, but pleasant to deal with and a sense of "humanity," totally missing from IMedX.
