That may be true, but there is definitely something wrong with seeking it out and coming back for more. Even in abusive spousal relationships a person looks for a way out and ends up leaving. I don't know what qualities as job abuse on site. There are definitely toxic coworkers but very few abusive employers, at least in my experience.
