I've been working for MModal since last June and even over the holidays we had tons of work and OT. I have never worked anywhere that this time of year is this slow with NJA. My manager is on my butt to get my hours in but it's impossible with no work. Like you others, I'm also doing accounts from all over the place so my line count is dropping like a rock. I keep hearing they have some "huge accounts" going live but I think they've overhired again. Very frustrating!!!
