You get the least amount of SS benefits first off. No "cost of living" increases when everything else is increasing. You cannot even live on the cost of housing, gas, electricity, food, or basic cable...let alone health coverage...the essentials that are nowadays not the American dream, but the American nightmare. Seniors today are also used and abused. Not to mention you don't have the energy nor the want to be abused any longer for another minimum wage job. SS was so we could retire 'comfortably' not have to start all over again. Worrisome are the plans now of what is going to be done with SS. Wonder if the ex-presidents are working at Wendy's!
