I think I've seen 2-3 this week, names I've never seen before getting full QA. I even saw a tier 1, which I don't see a lot of. Also, if you go on the MModal site they are still letting people apply.
As to the NJA, it is always pretty slow this time of year and last year it was slow until June/July (I used all of my vacation and my unpaid leave by August). Here's hoping we don't have a repeat of that.
