Another one bites the dust - sm

So, how does one have a performance coach send out an e-mail at 7:30 this morning like normal with QA audit stats, and 2 hours later have HDSM send out an e-mail that the performance coach no longer works for Mmodal and we have a different fill-in one from this point forward.

What the heck happened there? Can't help but think the poor woman did something that got her fired on the spot with no warning just like the rest of us peons might at any moment.
