and much prefer Shorthand for Windows. it is just like autocorrect and easy to add abbreviations to. I found Instant Text to be clunky and difficult to use. there is a docking system that goes at the bottom of your screen and as you type, it comes up with "suggestions" for what you may wish to use. it takes time to read the suggestions, and it did not flow smoothly for me. that's just me. I like the simplicity of shorthand. you can use different glossaries for different doctors here, as well.
