The least they could do is have a big bell ding when a report comes in. I am so damn frustrated. Waiting over an hour for a job??? How long can this go on? I can't even go into another room to do some house chores because tied to the computer. I will be damned if I will use my PTO on OOW. That is MY time with my husband and family. Grrr. Ok, but a bell to signify a job has allocated might not be a bad idea. These higher up people have no clue. So against the labor laws. I am filing a lawsuit once I find another job. Over 25 years in this company, how many hours I have sat and worked for nothing. Yes, it was great back in the day raising my children, but just a number today. Ok ... I'm done venting. 2 hours extra to get my 8 hours in. WTH. Have a great day, my fellow MTs. :)
