logging off for no work - illegal to ask us to, or not? Posted: Feb 21st, 2017 - 10:15 am
I remember someone stating that the DOL does not condone this practice.
Does anyone have a clue about how to handle this? Do we just suck it up and do it, or do we have a voice to change it to paying us minimum wage for the time we are not typing and they want us to log off?
