Hospitals in group complained about quality and it came BACK and they grabbed people who did it years ago, before IMedX and at first paid our "old" line rate and then after a couple of paychecks, found an "error" and changed the line rate...I am sure they could not replace people who left due to that bait and switch. It was not an easy acct with a lot of rules and they were reading EVERY report. Probably when contract was up...bye-bye.
