IT Pro stopped docking to Radnet. I have been given an activation code as it appears that we have to renew them which I did not know and for a week, have spent hours, HOURS trying to fix it. So, more money...and now I am code is being rejected and I am unable to open my program in the middle of my shift in radiology.
I am on west coast so it may be they are gone for day. I need to work (trauma center afternoon shift...).
Any suggestions? I have just sent IT money for 3 months support but they have gone for the day.
