I have a computer from another company that uses SpeechMotion, and I do like the program.
It's quite simple, easy to use, and easy to get the line counts, it comes up in a document. The sound quality is good on this computer they sent, I haven't had any problems with that, except when the dictator is a lazy mumbling fool.
