Are you on a "new" account? Same thing happened to me. I found out after the fact that it is Nuance's common practice to let us do all the dirty work, get the accounts set up, the voice recognition engine working and familiar, and once it's all good, they ship the work off the India. Then when you ask where the work went, they have all kinds of excuses except the truth.
