When they "sold" my account to another vendor, our TSM told us that we could either stay or leave immediately, so I left immediately and signed on with the new company. I wasn't penalized and within a week, I had all my dictators back. Best thing I ever did, even at less cpl. I'm making more money now than I ever did with N because of no deductions, less strain, great folks, no micromanaging. Love my job again.
