That explains it! For the past few weekends, I have been getting really horrible dictators all from one hospital (I think that is all they have at that hospital, honestly!) and I wondered what happened to *my* hospital I had been doing for a few years with a mix of good and bad dictators. Well if you do the horrible dictators over and over, you will get used to them..so that is no fair, everyone should learn the horrible dictators, spread the misery around a bit. How did I get picked to do the horrible ones? I did not request it. All of a sudden they started appearing one right after the other. Geez..
